Your Nervous system will be feeling it 🌩 The Cosmic and Earthly shifts that are happening now. If you're sensitive, an Empath, your nervous systems are being called to let go of survival patterns, the martyr, the people pleaser and that back pack of rocks, aka responsibilities that are not yours to carry. And Women you will be feeling it even more so, especially when within your bleed. Our nervous systems and womb are energetically connected to Mother Earth's fields The release of the collective pain and suffering, what we are witnessing now and the millenias before, of abuse, suppression and oppression. What rattled me was the blatant blindness to misuse of power and inflicted suffering on others, with justification of such crimes against humanity. For someone that has experienced abuse, to have this blasė ignorance must have activated that rage of dismissal, being unseen, unvalued, unworthy. I see and feel the Voice of the Feminine is rising My body was releasing this, mine and what I feel as the collective as I'm tuned into. It's a reminder to uphold a daily practice of energetic Boundaries and Self Awareness. Of Clearing and Protection.
