Your Posture Doesn't Need "FIXING"
Everyone wants to “fix” their posture. Sit straighter. Pull the shoulders back. Brace harder. And yet… pain keeps showing up. That’s because posture isn’t a position you hold. It’s the sum of the positions your body can access and control. If you spend most of your day in one shape, your body adapts to that shape. Other ranges slowly disappear. Not because they’re bad. But because they’re unused. Then one day, load or intensity forces you into those forgotten ranges. And when things feel off, posture gets the blame. In this video, I break down: Why posture isn’t the root problem How movement options quietly shrink over time Why “good posture cues” often miss the point And what to focus on instead if you care about long-term joint health No fear-mongering. No magic fixes. Just context, nuance, and practical insight. 👉 Train with structure (Community) If you want guided, follow-along classes that build strength and movement options over time, you can join my community here: https://www.skool.com/supple-athlete-7338/about 👉 Work with me 1-on-1 (Coaching) If you want a fully individualized plan, assessments, and direct coaching with me, you can learn more about 1-on-1 coaching here: https://calendly.com/suppleathlete/45min If this video shifted how you think about posture, let me know in the comments.
