Why does time feel like it’s speeding up? In this episode in Burmese, Sayar Henry breaks down the psychology behind the perception of time and why it shifts as we grow older. More importantly, it offers a practical way to regain control of your days— beyond the typical self-help and productivity advice. From awareness to action, this is about turning passing time into meaningful time. Special Note: The main event of this episode was recorded live as a special talk for Sayar Henry's students in the SHLC Program. Earlier videos were created with extremely limited resources in Myanmar. There was also a hiatus on this channel between 2015 and 2018 as most Myanmar students at the time were not as active on YouTube as on Facebook. But because of the rise in the number of active YouTube viewers in Myanmar recently, Sayar Henry is back on the channel in 2019. Since then, he has been creating educational content which are better than the ones he did when he was younger. In 2021, he also started "Voice of Sayar Henry" Podcast for the People of Myanmar who are in need of even more educational and inspirational content as the country is suddenly turned into a failed state because of a military coup d'état.
