Zen Acrobatics is my attempt to teach Acrobatics as a quality of movement and a state of mind rather than just a sport.
The process involves the skillful reduction of "automatic" patterns and sharpening of instincts so that practitioners can eventually express themselves by choosing the most Precise tool at the right Timing for their own Practice or Play.
The material being taught is meant to support Acrobats, Dancers, Martial Artists, Fitness Enthusiasts and anyone with an honest curiosity for movement.
