What a fun tangle from CZT Mei Hua Teng (Damy)!! Note: Apparently I was SO excited to try this tangle that I didn't fully read the name. She writes in her step-out "S + C = Arrow, hence Scarrow. Had I read I would have shared that and pronounced it right. I would have also pointed out, and am doing so now that S and C are two of the elemental strokes in Zentangle.
