Earlier, the hole in the seat was created using a drilling process, which required multiple steps. This often caused size variation and alignment issues, leading to defects and extra processing time.
To solve this problem, the hole is now created directly using a laser cutting machine. This ensures perfect center alignment and high accuracy. It also eliminates the need for multiple drilling steps, reducing extra work and improving overall quality.
This improvement has helped in reducing defects, saving time, and increasing process efficiency.
