Checking the Voltage at the battery with the engine running, you are looking for 13.5 volts at a minimum. Identify the source of the problem. Step 2. Testing the PTO Clutch for resistance! "Ohms" between (2-4) Ohms. Normally, a PTO Clutch will test at 2-4 Ohms of resistance (regardless of whether it works or not). Step 3. Checking for 12 Volt power, at the connector for the PTO switch.
