03. Beginner Rolldown
This basic beginner exercise teaches spinal articulation which involves imprinting the vertebra into the mat along with spinal extension which involves stacking the vertebra one on top of the other to lengthen the spine. Performing the Rolldown with heavier resistance (light and 1 heavy spring) provides more assistance. Once the exercise is performed fluidly and smoothly with heavy resistance, gradually progress to lighter resistance which adds a higher level of challenge.
