The people who joined in used 4 Cover weight strips, cut from FIRST page pdfs. All strips should be SIX units wide, specifically:
two light green
two dark green
Also:
one sheet sheet cover weight white
one copy of THIRD page lines (regular copy paper)
one copy of FORTH page lines (regular copy paper)
