The first intermediate exercise in the Mat Pilates series. This can be combined with the Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch, Obliques and Scissors to create what is known as the Ab Series of 5!
This exercise challenges the Abs and keeping the pelvis and spine still during the leg and arms movements.
