This is a beginner to intermediate 15min workout. We focus on glutes (Bottom) and our core. You don't need a ball to do these exercises, if you don't have a ball omit the back extension on the Ab Prep Plus. Of course you can also add more reps to this once you know the flow. Enjoy! x
