This is a warm-up sequence we designed for runners! We focus on the knee joint, rotation and flextion and hip flexion. We also would like to add more ankle 'stuff' as well as big toe 'stuff' to the line-up but we wanted to keep it under 10 min! More running warm-ups to come! Try this before you hit the pavement for your next run and let us know how it goes!
