🚀 PLC Programming| 2 Floor lifter | floor elevator In this video, we design and implement a PLC program to control a 2-floor elevator system with essential safety and operational conditions. 🎯 🏢 Elevator Control Logic 🟢 The elevator car's position is detected using limit switches: ✅ At the first floor, inputs I1 and I2 are active (I1 = I2 = 1). ✅ At the second floor, inputs I2 and I3 are active (I2 = I3 = 1). 🛑 To move between floors, the operator can press I4 (up) ⬆️ or I5 (down) ⬇️. 🔼 The elevator moves up when Q1 = 1 and 🔽 down when Q2 = 1. 🦺 Passenger Control & Safety Features 👤 When a passenger is inside the elevator (I6 = 1), the external floor call buttons (I4, I5) are disabled. 🎛️ Inside the car, the passenger can press I7: First floor → Second floor if it's on the ground level. ⏫ Second floor → First floor if it's on the top level. ⏬ ⚠️ Emergency Stop Scenario: If the elevator unexpectedly moves downward and hits I8, it triggers an emergency stop. 🆘 Output Q3 starts flashing at 1 Hz as a warning. 🚨 All pushbuttons (I4, I5, I7) become inactive. ❌ The operator can only move the elevator up using I9 (local up button) ⬆️. I10 (local down button) ⬇️ allows downward movement regardless of the floor limit switches.
