This is a quick glimpse of the three-day 2022 Air Education & Training Command Learning Symposium.
Initiated by Chief Learning Officer of the Air Force, Dr. Wendy Walsh, the event focused on the potential creation of a learning ecosystem map in order to create more connectivity.
As lead facilitator, I assembled a team of seven facilitators, mostly from @agitare1419. We utilized four distinct design methodologies to weave layers of perspective, create visibility across the enterprise, realize a shared vision and discover possibilities for collaboration and connection. A Graphic Harvesting team was assembled to visually capture and display the dialogue of the event.
This being the first of its kind, I'm proud of the bold approach our team took to deliver the vision of AFCLO Dr. Wendy Walsh.
