3-31-26 log bench update 

I started this vignette about a week ago with the idea only that I was going to put in a log bench out of some scrap wood that we have around the property. I also had some leftover paver stones from the greenhouse project that needed to be used so they weren’t laying around getting broken. So I combined the two The planters I asked for for Christmas, not realizing I would use them with this log bench I thought they would be placed along the driveway But once I started the project, I realized how well these planters went with it . So here is the beginning I still need to put down some landscape fabric on the interior portion of the garden bed. The exterior portion of it closer to the gardens on either side will be planted with things like astilbe, hosta’s and ferns. The backside of this vignette closer to that pack of sand or bed will be planted with evergreens, dogwood  maybe a rhododendron or  Azalea.
