This 30 minute Vinyasa flow is all about opening up the hips while building strength and control along the way We’ll move through a dynamic sequence focusing on the adductors, exploring different variations like front split, standing split, middle split, and even flying split. It’s not just about flexibility, it’s about finding stability, awareness, and control in each shape Some moments might feel intense (especially if your hips are tight 😅), but stay with your breath and trust your body. Progress doesn’t come from forcing, it comes from showing up consistently Take your time, modify when you need, and most importantly… enjoy the process. Your body will open in its own way This class is suitable for intermediate practitioners or anyone who already has some experience with inversions and would like to explore them within a Vinyasa flow.
