Coach Laura is challenging us to do a 300 Rep Chipper. A Chipper means you have a total number of reps per exercise but you can split up those reps however you want!
The Challenge:
20 Burpees
50 Curl to Press
100 Crunches
30 Jump Squats
100 High Knees
Make sure to complete each rep with perfect form, so rest when you need to.
