38 minute functional strength workout
Welcome to this full body functional strength workout! Today we're going to practice the 6 functional strength movement patterns-the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and a variation of the carry. If you don't have weights, you can always grab some water bottles or soup cans, or what ever you have on hand!
