Hello Friends,
Today we are focusing on the Abs and Booty - which happens to be two of my fave parts to strengthen! We are going to get through 2 circuits and complete each one twice! Not to worry, it will go fast! No equipment is required for this workout except for your mat and perhaps some padding for your knees. Okay friends, let's get it done!
