This exercise focuses on the lower fibers of the serratus anterior on the right side as the elbow is ahead of the shoulder but what creates extra difficulty is the unstable contact point of the left knee on the swiss ball. As you pull the band with the open chain side, that also challenges the stability of the right shoulder girdle, the core muscles, and adductors of the left leg.
