The routine is an easy yet effective warm up that can be practiced before any aerial yoga or aerial hammock flows! Practice each exercise for 10 counts on each side! This warm up will be stretch out your spine, shoulders, back, hands & legs. I have also added hip openers to avoid any strain while doing a stretchy aerial flow!
