What to Expect:
Bird Dogs → stability + control
Bird Dog Pulses → time under tension, don’t rush it
Heel Tap Downs (Tabletop) → lower core activation, slow + steady
C-Curve Sit Ups → deep core + spinal control
Finisher: 1-minute straight leg sit-ups to empty the tank
