A framework for running parameter studies in OpenSeesMP

OpenSeesMP is a version of OpenSees that adds message passing commands such as send/recv to the Tcl interpreter, and is often used for running parameter studies in parallel. The Tcl package "mpjobs" builds upon the OpenSeesMP message passing commands, providing a user-friendly interface for setting up large-scale parallel runs.
