Cues:
1. Start by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Lift one knee towards your chest while hopping on the opposite foot.
3. As you lift your knee, simultaneously drive your opposite arm upward in a skipping motion.
4. Switch quickly between legs, alternating knees and arms in a skipping rhythm as you move forward.
