Kettlebells can be one of the best training tools for athlete development and explosive power. At Phase 1 Sports we incorporate many different training tools, but one of the more consistent is Kettlebells. In this program the focus is functional strength combined with explosive power. The great thing is, all you need is one KB. This is a full body workout and is designed for advanced athletes. If you are a beginner or intermediate level athlete, use the variations mentioned in the video.
