So now that he is preparing for the next level he is back in the Dungeon with Trainer and gym owner Mike Waters. Explosive training should not only be a major part of Athlete Performance Training, but regular adults as well. Explosive training activates Fast Twitch Fiber at a much higher rate than traditional weight lifting. That's important because Fast Twitch Fiber has the ability to grow at a much faster rate than slow twitch fiber. It also has the ability to increase strength at a faster rate. So adding exercises like these can take your results to the next level. If your an athlete you are probably doing a decent amount of explosive training and if you are not, start now. If your a gym rat, or someone that has always struggled with building lean muscle mass, add one or two explosive training days per week and watch the results!
