Athletic Based Training Program Day 3 is Shoulders and Core Development. We utilized a series of supersets and trisets to make sure we had a good amount of volume.
If you are just getting started it would be a good idea to decrease the amount of sets. Start with 2 sets of each exercise and progress from there. For younger athletes that are not yet in high school, I recommend starting with just the Core Development. Creating a strong core is very important for a young athlete.
BB Chain Upright Row 4x6-8
DB Military Press 4x6-8 SS1/Band Dynamic Military Press 4x15 SS2
DB Front Side-Bent Over Raise 4x10 Each
Core Development-
Anchored Plate Sit-up 4x20
Anchored Straight Leg Lifts 4x20
Standing Cable Crunch 4x20
