BOX JUMPS 4X10 SELECT A HIGH THATS CHALLENGING BUT YOU CAN COMPLETE ALL SETS.
MEDICINE BALL EXPLOSIVE VERTICAL THROWS 4X10. IN THE VIDEO I USED A 16LB BALL. MOVEMENT MUST BE EXPLOSIVE FOR ALL 10 REPS.
SMALL BOX QUICK JUMPS 4X10 THIS IS ABOUT REACTION TIME SO JUMPS MUST BE QUICK BUT CONTROLLED.
