With all the explosive strength training, plyometric and speed agility quickness exercises, it's very important to work on stability. In this video we work on upper body and core development. As athletes it's important to be complete. You must work on your smaller muscle groups and stabilizers just as much as your larger muscle groups. Incorporate this program once a week to reduce injury and continue to develop as a complete athlete!
Complete 3-4 Sets of Approx. 10 yards or 10-15 reps depending on your fitness level.
