If you are someone who avoids exercise because of the discomfort that comes along with it. You are not alone. Discomfort is a hard burden to overcome. We are a pain-averse species. Feeling good takes precedence over nearly everything in life. Getting too hot, sweating, muscle soreness the days after, and the burn mid-set are all valid excuses to not exercise.
If we continue to let those excuses get the best of us when will we find the path to feeling better in our body. We need to exercise to optimize our healthspan. If you are struggling to get started with an exercise routine find a friend, a family member, or hire a coach to help you take the first step.
