These are a selection of a various conditioning exercises that I would teach towards the beginning of my Aerial Silks L1 classes. These exercises will help you build the strength you need to be able to do Aerial Silks Skills in the air. In this video I give the "harder" L1 option but also give slightly easier options for my newer friends just starting out.
