I was playing Squad Battle on Valhalla when this happened near the end of the game. An enemy Banshsee was EMPied by a Power Drain, so I went to hijack it. He got out, and tried to get back in. I meleed him and held "B", so he died and I started getting in. At the same time, Soul Seeker 25, my ally, hijacked the banshee as he got in, so he was still hijacking when I killed him. As I got in, he skyjacked me, but he didn't get a medal and he didn't take down my shields.
