This video is a collection of clips I found tucked away on my hard drive.
I've been training the ambidexterity of my take-offs lately, as well as twisting and rotations, trying to make sure I don't have a 'correct' foot to take off, but rather am able to use both to the same degree. The video was meant to just be loads of that, but it turned into this.
