In this video, I look at two fundamental aspects of the breadboard CPU architecture: the shared data bus and the system clock. The bus provides a common pathway through which registers, memory, and other components exchange data. The second half of the video focuses on the clocking system and synchronous operation. Together, the bus and clock form the foundation of the processor’s operation by defining how data moves through the system and when those changes occur.
