Analog Diet week 2

After two weeks I have lost 7 pounds. This is well within the 10 pounds a month I am trying to lose. I lost 140 pounds three years ago, but have bounced back 20 pounds during the pandemic. This weight gain was caused by eating nuts and cheese at night, the worse time to take on calories, as they tend to get turned into fat. This is the Analog Diet diet, where I am actively losing weight. When I get back down to 170 pounds, I will revert to the Analog Diet lifestyle. This time, I will keep weighing myself to ensure I do not start to gain again. I do hope to eat some nuts and cheese, but in very small portions. After gaining the 20 pounds, I finally calculated just how many calories in the bowl of nuts and the cheese I was eating. It was over 1000 calories a day, pretty much doubling the calories compared to what I am eating on this diet. So this time around I will measure the nuts and cheese carefully. I figure I can probably eat 400 calories more, but if I start gaining, I will scale that back.
