Analog Diet, week 4

I have lost 12 pounds in 32 days. This episode I make a crazy meal, pastrami, gravy and Parmesan cheese. Despite the high-calorie meat, the calories are only 590 for each of the two days the big bowl lasts me. Other meals this week were snapper, salsa, Parmesan, (541 cal/day), beef Alfredo, (429 cal/day), and clam tuna kipper chowder, (550 cal/day). With a morning vegetable omelet and an evening decaf coffee with milk, the total calories per day were less than 1200, more like 1000. The great news this week is I am back to size 34 pants. I had gained enough over the pandemic to get to size 36.
