first, we blocked out our scene then we went through and cleaned it up. I spent more time fighting maya than actually animating. That white flash at the start of the second shot is actually a wall moving in too late. I actually keyframed that wall half a key early, but it still comes in late. finally, we exported a play blast and had to use a third-party program to convert it to mp4 because maya does not natively support that like blender does.
I hate this program.
