1/4 cup warm water with 1 tsp yeast (dissolve)
Add: 1Tbsp Maple Syrup, 1tsp salt, 3/4 cup warm apple cider, and 2 cups bread flour.
Knead using enough flour ( about 1/2 cup) to make a soft ball; cover and put in warm place for 1 hour to rise. Punch down and knead , pulling sides in while turning ball to make a nice round ball, tight on the top. Place on veggie sprayed pan let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at preheated oven 400 degrees for 30 minutes
