Spelt Bread
Dissolve 1 tsp yeast in ¼ cup warm water
Add: ½ cup warm water and ½ cup warm half and half, 2 tsp maple syrup, ¾ tsp salt…..stir
Add: 1 cup bread flour and mix well….add 1 ½ cups spelt flour…..mix…add enough bread flour to make a soft ball ( kinda like your belly fat)
Cover and let rise in warm place for an hour…. On floured surface, shape ball of dough into a tight ball, tension across the top…place on veggie sprayed pan and let rise for ½ hour in warm place…..preheat oven to 400 degrees …bake for 30 minutes
