In a recent project, we applied our Laser Weld process to a valve housing made of chrome-nickel.🧱 Using a 4.5 kW laser with a 1.1 mm focus diameter, we achieved a welding speed of 300 cm/min. ⚡ The weld had to ensure full penetration and absolute leak-tightness, capable of withstanding high internal pressure from both liquids and gases. 💧💨
