Investing in Tomorrow’s Workforce
The Tooling and Manufacturing Association ( TMA ) of the Chicago Area made yet another great donation to a local High School to show how important the Manufacturing and Machining Programs are for Students and Businesses alike. Over $20,000.00 was earmarked for the purchase of a new Surface Grinder at Crete-Monee High School, to go along with their Milling Machines, Lathe, and Welders, Students will get first-hand experience in making parts to accurate tolerances as well as learning how to figure out the “how to” and “what for” of every day problems. A great opportunity for all! Thanks to the TMA for their generosity and continued support for educating our future workforce!
