Arm Blaster Curls - Hold dumbbells at both sides your body. Start by turning your wrist early so your palms are facing up. Focus on bringing your forearm to meet your biceps and squeeze when you feel the bicep is fully contracted. Slowly lower dumbbell back to starting position. Try different variations to find the one that suits you best. There is no wrong answer, as long as you keep your elbows in a fixed 90 degree angle!
