I am doing an arm workout just staying moving staying active that's the key that's all that counts. Weight lifting is great way stress leaving when you have a lot on your mind this what I do when I get things on my mind I just simply workout that's all I do sid of just sitting there on the recliner worrying to much I train 5 days week to stay moving and active it's good for the mind the heart and the body all in one this what I do to relieve stress. I use to do it to stay in shape too mostly it's just stress reliever when you lift weights you don't have to lift big or heavy how I started out was using 10lbs then I went up the sets up to 40 lbs on dumbbells that's my max weight to lift when lifting dumbbells plus I do other things in my workouts too besides just lifting.
