I'm covering some of the generalized things that the ATAK Sytem can be used for, and is capable of, just based off of my experience. I have done very little with the system, but im working on meshing it with the Tier 1 system in the future and will cover that in another video.
Basically the system operate very similarly to the Blue Force Tracker system, but is very very low tech in comparison. The ability to actually attach pictures to a marker is something I hadn't discovered until just those morning actually, and I am very excited to use that capability in the future to mark and detail sites that are reconned and surveyed.
