Atlassian's courseware, for JIRA in this case, is some of the most unusable software I have ever encountered. Chrome browser used;had problems with FireFox. No sense in taking more courses, since they can't be completed.
Right-click 'Download' and select 'Save Link As' if the file opens in a new tab.
