Automated Document Insertion - Gather, Folder, Inserter demo. Start by pushing the machine start button on HMI panel. This starts the inserter part of the machine. The system goes into run mode. This unit includes a Kyocera printer, exits into the divertor, into end feed conveyor and shuttles under the knife to fold it. After it is folded it goes into staging unit to wait for box to insert into. This unit has two stagging units. This unit can fold multiply sheets depending on our customers needs. The HMI panel shows the system is in run mode. Then receives insert signal and inserts into box. The HMI also has a counter that shows number of sets.
