automet® FAB - Orientation Points

In this video, we perform three surveys on a spool that looks symmetrical but has a mitre on one end. automet® requires an orientation point (OP) to give it a location to orient the spool when it might not be clear which end is which. The first survey shows the OP being taken above flange one at the correct point. Survey two shows the OP rotated slightly but with the OP taken in the right location. For survey three, we rotate the OP and take the wrong orientation point. This means that the design file doesn't align with the data points we have captured. We then fix the issue using analysis transform.
