Found out that you can grab and shoot the bottles in the private or solo sandbox. It you dont know here are the steps:
1. Go into single player and go into sandbox
2. In the little building next to where you spawn first there will be a table in the corner.
3. On the table there will be a bottle and you press grip when your hand is phased through the bottle and there you go.
