Cues:
1. Stand upright with your arms at your sides and shoulders relaxed.
2. Begin by skipping and driving one knee up to hip height like an A-skip. As the knee reaches the top, extend the leg forward and snap it down under your hip with a straight leg. Let your arms swing in rhythm with your legs, opposite arm-to-leg movement.
3. Keep your foot under your centre of mass as it contacts the ground.
4. Maintain a smooth, springy rhythm, emphasising quick ground contact.
