The Unloader 1395 utilizes a synchronized shackle wheel and simple guide bar system to efficiently remove birds from the evisceration line. The shackle wheel can be configured with all available shackle types and makeups. A high-grade elastic band holds the shackle in position on the wheel as a guide bar lifts and pushes the bird out of the shackle onto a chute.
